The 29th Annual National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition -Honorable Mention

One of 21 pieces selected from a group of 200 for excellent skill and technique. Designed to showcase the best K–12 ceramic work in the U.S., the exhibition travels annually with the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) conference, the country’s leading ceramics event, bringing together professionals from universities, museums, galleries, and the broader ceramic arts community.

This is an honor given to a very small number of teens. Out of over 110,000 students who entered the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards approximately 2% were recognized nationally.

The National K–12 Ceramic Exhibition is an annual juried competition showcasing top student ceramic work across the U.S. The exhibition takes place each year in conjunction with the NCECA conference.
